Shepherd’s Grace Church announces plans to discontinue worship in Arkansas City effective at the end of December 2024.

Shepherd’s Grace Church located at 1125 South Summit announced their final year in ministry in an announcement made to the congregation on September 15, 2024.  The full announcement is available to be read and distributed without further permission. Click here

December 2024

• Sunday, December 22
  • 10:15 a.m.—Sunday Worship — Fourth Sunday of Advent - Joy
    This will be our last Sunday Service at Shepherd’s Grace. Communion will be served and memories shared of events and occasions through the years. 
• Tuesday, December 24
  • 7 p.m.—Candlelight Vigil Service
    Christmas Eve Candle Light Service. This will be our last service at Shepherd’s Grace. We will welcome Christmas and celebrate the coming of our Savior. We will look forward to new life and the renewed promise of Jesus. Communion will be shared and God’s most precious gift will once again be received! Service will begin at 7 p.m.

Wednesdays:

4:30 p.m.—Young Shepherd’s (age 6-5th grade)
For the young shepherd’s, this means some gathering and fun in the church building. We look forward to some exciting lessons and to some great experiments that reveal God’s great power in their lives.
Our youth remain our priority at Shepherd’s Grace! Pray for them!



5:30 p.m.—Youth Group (age 6th grade-high school senior)
For our High School and Middle School youth, we will make plans for an exciting fall including volunteer work in our community and some travel to Christian events scheduled in the area. If you have children who are 6th grade through senior in High School, we hope you will encourage them to attend and check-out our exciting plans for the fall season.
Our youth remain our priority at Shepherd’s Grace! Pray for them!
